Costa de Madera Corporation (CDMC) is a landholding company that owns a 380-hectare coconut plantation with a three (3) kilometer white beach front. The company is jointly owned by the Gualberto Family and the Metro Pacific Corporation (a sister company of PLDT and Smart Communications, Inc.).
CDMC has contracted a number of reputable architectural and engineering entities to undertake the master planning of the property, Costa de Madera. To ensure the close adherence to the masterplan, Pueblo Niño Development Inc. (PNDI), a real estate development company owned by the Gualberto Family and managed by competent and professional Managers, was tasked to develop the property. Development Plans
